PLCSim Doesn't Work Properly??

Hi,
I've got problem with PLCSim. I'm using SFB4 (TON) and this block doesn't make a delay time, it just copying actual input state to the output without any time delay! But in real PLC it works just like it should. Do you know what should I do with my PLCsim to work properly?

I assume that you have STEP7 v5.3x Professional Package and you haven't upgrade your PLCSim? Upgade your PLCSim, put the latest SP and Hotfix version in it -> surprise, surprise it start working.

Where do I find the hotfix for the same?
