RS calendar?

off topic, I know. How does Rockwell do their calendar?


Had a bad crash over the holidays and lost most of the stuff on my laptop, including dongles! I did a web reset of RS5 & 500 discs in March of last year. When I tried to do it again today, it says the discs have already been reset this year, which is impossible because the discs have been in my laptop bag.
Couldn't call tech support...no cell!

I think by one year, they mean in the last 12 months, not the calendar year.
