excel macro for citect

Hello all,

thanks for all your help ealier .

I have a problem running excel macros.
On an push button event i am opening a excel file .The workbook_open command has a macro running which runs and starts looging the values for citect tags in excel.
Now the problem is i am moving a cell data into variable in macro VBA, if i change the tag data from citect the variable data should change.now even thauogh i change the data in citect i not geting it(for now ,i can manually see and get the changes updated if i debuug the code also when citect is running ,if i run it from a citect the states are not changing)

please can one help omn this
