Hi,

I'm trying to develop original software in a PC that communicates to the Hakko display to specify different screens and to set alarms and modifiy numerical values on it using a 1:1 configuration. The Display do come with a tutorial and a universal serial connection manual. However, until now I’m having a lot of troubles trying to establish the communication (at this time RS232). I’m using C language for developing.

If any of you have already programmed the serial port of the PC to link it to a Hakko V7 display using the protocol they suggest, please reply.
Thanks in advance,

Javier
