allen bradley 1784 PCMK Card Series A

I have an Allen Bradley 1784 PCMK Series A Card for my notebook computer. I would like to connecto PLC5's & PLC500's through it. What cables and/or hardware do I need?

I have also installed RSLinx, RSLogix5 & RSLogix500.
