Time of Day

Hi guys,

I am fairly light on PLC's so go easy on me!!! LOL I need to turn a pump on in my water treatment plant from 7:00 am and then turn it off again at 10:00 pm. I am not sure how to program time into this. Is there an instruction for time or can I use the PC's time? Thanks

Sorry I forgot it is an Allen Bradley PLC 5!!!!

You can use compares with the real time clock registers, the following will work when the time is exactly on the hour, you will have to add compares for the minutes if you need some other time.
