Run time error 3704

Hi,

When I run software for Toshiba Drive, called Drive Navigator, use WinXP SP2, always get an error "Run time error 3704, operation is not allowed when the object is closed", but when I tried with another PC, it's okay.

Windows firewall already turned off. What are possible problems ? Please help.......
