ISSC IPC 90 communication cable

I have IPC-90 Lc and want to connect it to pc,also I've Honeywell 623-6225 loader pkg (RS422-485/RS232 module) and Loader software,is it works with IPC-90 ?
Do anybody know what are six d-switchs on the Converter module ?

I don't know what IPC90 is, and only know about 620 because we used to have one (don't any more).
