What Siemens cable is used to connect a laptop 9-pin RS232 com1 port to the S5-95U PLC ?

Hello Roy;
As per the following drawing, from Siemens' support website:
http://cache.automation.siemens.com/dnl/DgxMzk5MQAA_13063839_FAQ/converter_e.gif
you need a Siemens TTY-RS 232 converter cable no. 6ES5734-1BD20, plus a 9 to 25 pin adaptter for your com port.
Note that this will not work with a USB-comport converter.
