I have a problem communicating with an S7-312 processor and a VB application. Actually the problem isn't communicating but it is when the application is terminated abnormally. Using the S7Data OCX if I am running a application and it terminates abnormally the application still shows up it is running under the processes and it eats up CPU usage. It was generally use up 25% of the cpu. Its almost as if the OPC server is not terminating the connection to the PLC even the application is not longer running. If anyone has any ideas let me know.

Thanks,

Brian
