Not really a post just telling of a fun week. i have worked with siemens and AD for several years and we pulled a machine out of the bone yard. It has a Toshiba T1 and we are using T-PDS for windows. I first spent a day digging up an old laptop that would talk to it and then downloaded the program. I guess it was just trying to work outside my comfort zone but it took me 2 days to get what i thought were going to be simple changes done on this thing. Documentation or atleast a schematic would have probably helped,lol. I finally got it done and documented and a schematic drawn. I guess I will see Monday are Tuesday how well it went. now that I whined for 10 min. I do have a question. does anyone know of a download that will get this program to talk to the PLC with windows NT??. i had to use an old laptop with 98 on it.
