Problems installing Siemens S7 5.3

I am unable to install S7 ver5.3 On my laptop (windows XP pro.) the installation asks me to re-start windows, when I do, it asks me again to start windows, it's a never ending loop.

On my desktop the installation wizard looks at my system and then gives error "1327 invalid drive H:". There is no H drive on my machine.

Anybody seen similar and can offer advice?

I have had similar situation, but wizard gived browse correct path for sourse files location. Have your cd-rom drive on H: ?
Is it possible you toke CD off from drive too earlier ?
