does anyone know of a good ultrasonic flow meter with a range of 0-300 GPM. Relatively cheap (couple grand, trying to stay under 3 thousand dollars)

Just another source, I've been using

Products lately... excellent quality, reasonable, and they come with software to manage/commission/archive them over HART (and several other interfaces).

yes... a good and reliable ultrasonic flowmeter from endress+hauser...
a few models for u to choose depending on your budget and also your application...

it's called Prosonic Flow..
Prosonic Flow 90 - low end type. good enough for your application i think.
Prosonic Flow 93 - high end type.
Prosonic Flow 92 - portable type.

Easy to install and also reliable readings.

I have used utrasonic meters from both endress and krohne with good results
