I/O communicatio on Unity pro

We have a QUANTUM CPU 140CPU43412,CAT.NO:XQ98081A and L&T make I/O B16XX EM version will the I/O work on unity pro using C908M (V6) .Directly .or is there any patch which i need and where to get it from.
