How to read registers in Mitsubishi FX2N PLC

Do You mean monitoring them or making back-up-copy?

You can monitor I/O's registers... by selecting "name" from upper-bar and typing start address. If You press F8, actual values are shown in name-window.

I haven't heard how to back-up cpu...

Dwrset (Data Write Read Set) or whatever this is

Here you can upload, download, save (to 10 different names) and Recall (some thast you have saved)

*Have a look at this you'll understand better.This was often used for recipes.
