The In-Famous "PLC" Thread - Shall it die?

Many have posted on the "PLC" (http://www.plctalk.net/qanda/showthread.php?t=20167&page=1) thread started by "abdurazzak", who turned out to be a either a spoof or a "One Post Wonder". Dozens more have read the posts, and a few have even read them all.

Some controversy has shown up (and yes, I probably spelled contraversy wrong, at least once).

Let this silly thing die a merciful death. As Officer of Sarcasm I request Phil to free up server space

So, here is the poll.....

"Should Phil close this thread to further posting and triviality?"

There's no need to 'officially' close the thread. Phil has only closed a few threads in the past, but for a completely different reason.

I would think eventually you guys will abandon that thread... Although, I do have my doubts... :utoh:

I want the cat. I will name it Fluffy. Where can I pick her up? I know that it has to be female, you guys would never treat a male cat like that. Does she like buttered toast? I only eat wheat, rye, and italian bread. I hope that you have not spoiled her with white bread.

As Eric mentioned I try not to close or delete threads unless there are 'extenuating circumstances'.

I say put the cat in the middle of a field and have target practice with an MK19. Never seen an MK19? It's a great big 40mm automatic grenade launcher. Lotsa fun. Would end it's miserable existence quickly.

When I copy and past, it shows up correct on the screen but when I post it comes up with a listing to where I have the pictures?
if anyone reads this and you know what I am doing wrong then please post...
