"cut throat timer"

Hi, can anyone help me with the logic for what could be describerd as a "cut throat timer", i.e starts timing after a trigger (is an output on for 20ms) but restarts everytime the output is triggerd.

I didn't mention the plc is a mitsibishi FX1s, so ther is no off-delay as with AB's

Tom Jenkins posted a "roll your own" off delay timer for the AD plc's here:

Should be able to adapt this to your plc.
