my when i connect to direct PLC, but PLC not responce.
more detail:
plc modicon 984-130
notebook acer celeron 600
ram 128
software modsoftlite 2.21
address 1 modbus I RTU databit 8 EVEN stopbit 1 9600 com1

please advise me.

I have problem also with modsoft and the solution is only cahnge the modsoft with Proworx.
What OS you use for running this modsoft?, modsoft only running with MS-DOS, and cannot running with 98 or xp windows
