I am removing a PLC 2/02 and installing a 1747 5/03 CPU setup. In the process, I am going from (2) 1771-OA AC output modules to (1) 1746-OW16 module. The 1771-OA has L1 and L2 designations wheras the 1746 appears to only have (2) L1 designations (one for a set of 8 outputs of course). Is the neutral wire that was running from L2 on my old card not needed on the new card? If I am reading the wiring diagram to my 1746-OW16 correctly, it would appear that L2 is taken care of on the backplane.

Please confirm.

Does anyone know the part number for that plug that plugs into the 1771 devicenet scanner? The manual just says it is a linear plug, its 5 pins.
