Is there anyone out there that can explain me what the different types of timers on the Westinghouse PC1100 plc are? (TT, TS)

I've never worked with that particular model, but a WAG would be TT stands for Timer, Tenths, meaning a timer with 0.1 second time increments, and TS stands for Timer, Seconds, meaning a timer with 1.0 second time increments.
