have problem in sms sending using PLC

hello!I am a new PLC user.

I want to ask something about using PLC connect to modem to send sms

my task:
when receiving an internal bit 1 , it have to ring a cellular phone and send sms to there.

equipment:
PLC S7200 and EM241 modem

I have read the manual and write the program here.

also i no sure how to set the Q -address

To set the Q-address of your EM241 Modem module, count the Q-memory outputs of all modules BEFORE the EM241. For example, if the modem module is in slot 3 then count all outputs in slots 1 and 2. Then use the next available Q-memory.

Q address is refer to what?
how to count ,is that Q0.0,Q 0.1 , that kind?
if so , how can i know i have used how many in the wizard?
