what exactly are you trying to insert? ... if it's just a .RSS program file, then your second file looks fine ... I just unzipped it and there it is ...

and if you’re trying to display a picture in your post, try these steps:
(1) arrange the picture on your screen ...
(2) press the “Print Screen” key on your keyboard ...
(3) go to Windows Paint ...
(4) from the menu, click “Edit” and then “Paste” ...
this should put the screen capture into Paint ... now you can crop it, color it, put arrows, etc. on it ... and so on ... once you’ve got it nailed down like you want it, do a “File/Save As” and save it as a .JPG type file ... when you finally get the text of your post ready, click the “Display Pictures” button ... click the “Browse” button and go find and highlight your file ... then do an “Upload” ... finally Copy-and-Paste the “put-it-here” link into your post ...
I just wrote these steps from memory but I think that it’s all correct ... see if it works ... short on time ... got to go ...
