Communication of PLC

We are having two PLc's One is Honeywell 620-1633 & another is Rockwells Controllogix with controlnet . Presently both are working independently now We want to share data between both PLC's. Can anybody help in this regard?

The Data Station Plus (http://www.redlion.net/Products/HumanMachineInterface/DataStationPlus/DataStationPlus.html) is capable of communicating to the Honeywell IPC620, with or without the added comms modules. It can also communicate to a ControlLogix, but not via Controlnet. It has drivers for DF1, DH485, and EIP.
