I have gone through learn plcs on plcs.net . What should be the next step to concrete plcs.

Practice Practice Practice. I would either purchase a plc simulator, or better yet, some plc hardware

good way to prepare youself on PLC can imho be programmable relay system, to learn basic logic, ladders, etc... can also be performed in simulation.... then it's much shorter step to real PLC's
