OT- Osha approved cowboy

Man, I'm getting old - I remember when this first came out. At that time the industry pundits (we just called them smart-a$$e$ in those days)were predicting the end of every small business in the country because of the burden of OSHA requirements.

Just goes to show how much attention you should pay to pundits!
