Honeywell TPN server connectivity

We are trying to install TPN server ( Honeywell product ) in which after installtion we are not able to see the server through Matrikon client.
TPN server is basically OPC server.
We are getting error as follows after completion
com/opc error 0x80040154 cocreateinstance()
error string : class could not registered
