ESA Operator Panel VT150W with S7-200 plc

Hello,
I have problem to communicate with the ESA VT150W panel and the
Siemens S7-200 plc for the commands area..
To use the function command area I have reserved the memory
area VB140 with a length of 4 words.
When I send vb140=1 (sequence forcing) and VB141=4 (sequence 4)
I get a message on the panel:%CI Invalid command
Any idea for this problem:
