I am very new at all of this and would like to know how to pull data from a PLC 5 and track it in a spread sheet or something, this is for temperatures and PH balance of a cleaning solutions

There are many ways to do this, use the AB knowledgebase and search for things like Excel, DDE, VBA; http://domino.automation.rockwell.com/applications/kb/RAKB.nsf/$$Search?OpenForm&Seq=1
