Hi, i can´t detect de 1762-OF4.. in the IO configuration say OTHER, but y cant add this module... thanks!

Configuration of the 1762-OF4 was not added until version 7.00

I would recommend you upgrade your RsLogix 500. Another option would to be to use a generic profile in your I/O Configuration

Actually it looks like version 6.10.10 added support for the OF4.

I'm not sure how it works in Mexico but in the US you must have a valid support contract. Contact Rockwell Support, they will be able to help you.

What is your output range and data format that you are going to use on your channels?

i have te same parameter that you tell me, only in the
Extra Data Length i have = 0

y must out signal to 4- 20 mA...

Channel 0 - Data 0 = 768
Channel 1 - Data 1 = 768
Channel 2 - Data 2 = 768
Channel 3 - Data 3 = 768
