ML1100 and PV400+

I want to use DF1 to communicate between my ML1100 (1763-L16BBB) and a PV400+ (2711P-K4M5D). Is there a standard cable I can buy to do this? I read the manual and it appears to say I need one of those AIC+. Please help.
