In STEP5, there is a term "G", that apparently means "generate data block". For example,

:L KF20
:G DB2
:L KF254
:G DB3
:L KF253 ....and so forth.

What does "generate" really mean? What is happening in this code?

Thanks much,
Neil

It's been a long time since I used that command (or even S5), but I am 99% sure that G DB2 is creating a DB of a length of 20 words.
