Here is a good question for all you Direct Logic guy's. How can you test a new Program before you actually upload to the plc? With a AB you have the emulator and I was wondering if Direct Logic offers the same for there stuff? I have used the AB emulator and really like it, but have not really seen anything for Automation Direct.

You can put the PLC in Test Mode (disable outputs). Then monitor the program in the ladder software. Features like single step, etc.
For various reasons, I find Simulators are pretty much useless. Don't simulate the real world, full of bugs, etc.
