I want to know how to calibrate these 1756-IR6I Modules. Do i need to write program for calibrating these modules?

If you still want to calibrate them, see chpter 11 of this manual: http://literature.rockwellautomation.com/idc/groups/literature/documents/um/1756-um009_-en-p.pdf
