Working memory of S7-300 CPUs

Hello guys,
I need to compare different CPUs by size of their working memory.
As far as I know PLc program is transfered from MMC card to working memory of CPU and it is executed there. Can you suggest me link where can I find informations about how much working memory is available at each CPU from S7-300 series?

One place you can look is the Step 7 H/W config catalogue under CPU's.
