scale with parameters

hello guys!!!

I have a 1746-N04V analog output module.I want to ask any idea how to program a scale with parameter instruction so that the output would be from 0 to 10vdc in order to run a three phase motor using a frequency inverter. The command would be from the panel view 550. I would gladly appreciate any help. I just started learning plc.
