How to make Co2 mix with water below 0celcius?

Dear All,
From the picture below ,My student project using PLC Mitsubishi Fx
to control Ice Soda making machine.
The problem is not PLC's program, but come with Co2..
Do you have any idia.. ..How to make Co2 (Carbondioxide)mix with Water at temperature below 0 Celcius?

If I remember my high school chemistry correctly, at 1 atmosphere pressure, water won't remain in the liquid state very long below 0 C. Mixing C02 with an ice cube is difficult.

Get a Ziploc bag of CO2, quickly drop in ice cubes, Zip it up, and use a hammer to crush the ice into little bits.
