plc omron CS1 fins communication protocol

how to write motor position variable trought motion card (mc) using
fins command. now i transfer dm data from rs232 to plc then from plc
i turn on 1 bit to call iowr command. In motor software i can easy change motor speed and motor position but this software only editor for mc card.

anybody can help me about this.
