I am trying to achieve communications between a Siemens S5-115U CPU944B and a Proface 2500 series HMI using the second port of the PLC CPU and 3964R protocol without much success. Has anyone achieved this? I have tried several different cables and comms set ups. Siemens second port is TTY and Proface port is RS232 and/or RS422.
