Alstom PLC Logic modification

Hai,
I have One Alstom PLC. Logic for that is developed in ALSPA P80 Ver2.1 software. Now i want to Expand some DI,DO,AI,AO in the existing system. I have GE Fanuc Versamax I/O modules & Versapro software in my hand. Can someone give solution for how to configure the versapro I/O's in the existing system and whether versapro will convert the old in to Windows based.
