Look in the temp area of OB1, the last scan time etc. is present there.

I want to find out is there a time format T# for scan cycle time outside of OB1 temps.

OB1 temp is the only place, if you need it elsewhere, you would need to convert it to the format you want and save it to a datablock or flag area.
