I will like to make a cable to connect a Control Logix 1761 with a Panel View 600 I have two DB9 - DB25 cables which I will sicrifice to make the cable.

No need to make your own cable.

ControlLogix serial ports are "DTE" type. PanelView (both Standard and Plus) serial ports are "DCE" type.

Therefore you need an ordinary female-to-female 9-pin straight-through cable to connect them together.

The pinout of the 2711-NC13 cable is shown in the RA Knowledgebase as Answer ID # 19638.
