Hi aphadke,
May I know what type of PLC that is being use in that particular trainer? You mean, you have the PLC trainer and you want to use that trainer in a project? If thats what you mean, you can refer to several PLC manual with specific applications. As just conform your I/O address to the PLC trainer you have.
I hope this will give you an idea of what to do.
