I am currently on the hunt for a pressure transmitter with
a removable connector.

Some manufacturers are offering a sensor with a Packard
Metri-Pack connector. I've never heard of them, but
believe they are made by Delphi, the automotive company.
As such, I have been unable to deterimine an IP/NEMA
rating.

Does anyone here have specific experience with these
type connectors? Specifically, I'm curious how they
hold up in a tropical/humid outside environment.

Thanks.

Actually, since I posted, I've selected a sensor, one that does not
use the Packard connector.

My guestion was a general one, regarding the connector itself.

The TURCK product, while probably very good, is lots more than
I want or need in this application.
