I know there are some Citect users out there, I have simple question.

What is the difference betweem the Citect Display Client and Manager Client ???

Manager Client
A computer configured with manager-only access to the runtime system. No control of the system is possible, but full access to data monitoring is permitted.

Display Client can do it all - Control, talk to PLC, alarm processing etc
 
so basicly a display client can read and write data and a manager client can only read data.
