So far, in my career, I've only been exposed to A-B. (of course, I only graduated from college less than a year ago, so I'm fairly new).

Right now I work exclusively with RSLogix 500 and 5000, but here soon, I believe I'm going to be exposed to some Siemens.

I'm looking for a heads up as to what I should expect, and maybe a point in the right direction for manuals and such. I don't know anything about Siemens, so their website is very hard for me to navigate properly.

Any help would be appreciated.

well contact your local distributor and he or she should be able to explain what is out there, give you some catalogues, manuals and links, arrange training etc.

just like RSLogix5, 500 and 5000 are used for different families of products, there is similar split on Siemens side (S5, S7).
programming S7 controllers don in Step7 (current version 5.4) unless it is S7-200 series (programmed in MicroWin I think).
