I have come acorss a starnge scenario (atleast for me). One of out customers trying to go online with Compact Logix L35E processor through his laptop which has rslinx 2.5 and Rslogix 5000 version 15.xx. Everytime he tried to go online, the rslogix 5000 does not give him that option instead it gives him to upload the program. After selecting the upload program option, after halfway of uploading, Rslogix 5000 gives him a error, "Fatel error has occured" and then terminate the uploading process and the software shutdown itself.Any ideas/ suggestions will be highly appreciated.
