TSX 17 Help Please

hello im in need of some help im fairly new to plcs and have a project
i need to flash two lamps both on and off so when one is on one is off and so on
but i need to do it in one lable (4 lines)
do i use timers ?and if so which one and how all help very much apreciated

Not sure about TSX 17, but with the TSX 37/57 you can use %S bits to control your trigger.

%S5 Time base 100 ms
%S6 Time base 1 s
%S7 Time base 1 mn
