MTA-G1 with Micrologix 1200c

Hi,
Can somebody tell me if is possible to use a MTA-G1 Mitsubishi screen to send commands to Allen Bradley Micrologix 1200c?

And, Somebody can tell me if is possible modify a cable, used between MTA-G1 screen and FX-48MR Melsec PLC to be used as programming cable PC -> FX-48MR. The cable has a 25 pins one side and 15 pins another.
