Analog transfer

I am new to PLCs. I have RSLogix 5000 software, 1769-IF8 Input module, 1769-OF4VI output module, and 1769-OF4CI relay output module. I have connected 4-20 mA and 0-10 Vdc going into 1769-IF8, 0-10 Vdc coming out of 1769-OF4VI, and 4-20 mA coming out of 1769-OF4CI.

In my ladder logic program, I need to transfer those 2 analog inputs to my outputs. Will the MOV function block suffice what I need? If so, do I need to worry about scaling if I only want to transfer? Also, will the transfer be continuous or do I need to loop it?

Any help would be much appreciated. I am glad in becoming a part of this community.

If what show or control using the analog inputs then scaling is required

How do I set the scales? In 1769-OF4CI, I want to output the 4-20 mA. Do I set the limits 0 for Low and 29085 for High; it says it's maximum value is 29085.

In 1769-OF4VI, I want to output 0-10 Vdc. Do I set the limits 0-29788?

Am I on the right track?

As for the input, 1769-IF8, is the scaling set by the alarms? If I do so, I keep getting Alarm limit invalid, and it must be set to 0.
