To connect to the serial port of the control logix you can use
the ABH driver available from GE. Or use RSLinx,(then the ABR driver) a version other then
lite, (OEM,PRO,Gateway,Single Node). ABH and ABR drivers can be downloaded from site below.
Also the OPC driver with some OPC server would be a good choice.
